Upcoming 2 weeks

Hello everyone:  I hope your long weekend was relaxing.  Due to the short week we will be taking 2 weeks to learn our root words and the skills for our weekly assessment.  We will take both tests on Thursday Oct. 24.  In math we are working on addition and subtraction with regrouping and will move into subtraction across zero.  Please work on basic math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication) at home whenever possible.  Personally, we practice in the car on the way to various places.  A good time management skill and a way to fit it in our busy lives.  There are many iPad games available to make it more interesting.  Also the dollar store sells flash cards.  Have a great week.  Mrs. Adams :)

Lenape Research Project

Just wanted to give some information on a project the students will be doing in computer class.  They will be doing a Lenape Research Report and the information is located on my blog under the social studies tab.  They will be doing this in school, but can check out the site at home as well.  This project will count as a test grade.  Have fun!
